Fire Fighting Equipment                                                                  [BS 5306-3]

In accordance with this standard you are required to have all portable fire fighting equipment serviced at least once a year and then certified.

This includes: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets & Hose Reels

Please note as of July 2009 all new fire equipment must have an initial service performed, certified and then installed on site in accordance with BS 5306-8.

Fire Alarm System                                                  [BS 5839-1 and BS 5839-6]

In accordance with these standards relating to commercial and 240v interlinked smoke detection it is a legal requirement to have them regularly maintained and then certified.

Emergency Lighting                                                                        [BS 5266-1]

In accordance with this standard it is a legal requirement to have them regularly maintained and then certified.
